There are no specific hardware requirements, since Arbitron eBook is Web based. You must have the following free items loaded onto your computer:

• Microsoft^® Internet Explorer 6 or higher,
  or Netscape^® Navigator 7 or higher
• Adobe^® Acrobat^® Reader 6 or higher

Pop-up blockers must be disabled for the site https://my.arbitron.com in order to view Arbitron eBook. Here are instructions on disabling pop-up blockers.
