Arbitron Ratings is an information service used by radio stations to make programming and other decisions. Consistent with our corporate values of honesty, integrity and trust, Arbitron Ratings is committed to protecting the privacy of personally indentifiable information. VISITORS

Visitors may access Arbitron Ratings' Web site and browse without providing personally identifiable information. Arbitron Ratings does not collect personally identifiable information when you visit this Web site.

Visitors are reminded that information regarding the identity of Arbitron diarykeepers is kept confidential and is collected offline. Arbitron, and anyone who is working with us on our research, will keep information about you and your household confidential.

CHILDREN

Arbitron does collect radio listening from children (minimum age 12), only with parental consent, through its diary, not on this Web site.

As mentioned above, no personally identifiable information is captured when visitors browse Arbitron Ratings' Web site. Arbitron Ratings does obtain certain information each time a visitor logs onto the Web site.
